摘要
在国内首次报道了LDA端面泵浦1.03μm Yb∶YAG声光调Q激光器。由于Yb∶YAG晶体为准三能级结构,再吸收损耗大,振荡阈值高,因此采用大功率LDA进行端面泵浦,并采用半导体制冷器(TEC)进行有效温控和制冷。利用声光调制器主动调QYb∶YAG室温下实现了1.03μm脉冲激光输出。实验结果表明:在泵浦电流30A,重复频率20kHz时,获得最大平均功率670mW;在泵浦电流25A,重复频率1.22kHz时,获得最窄脉宽53.9ns;在泵浦电流30A,重复频率1.22kHz时,获得最大峰值功率5.74kW和最大单脉冲能量371μJ。
For the first time a ew diode laser array end-pumped Acousto-opties Q-switched Yb:YAG 1. 03μm laser was reported. At room temperature,the Yb:YAG crystal has a quasi-three-level structure, and the lasing threshold is high because of serious re-absorption at the laser wavelength. In oreder to realized actively Q-swithed 1. 03μm laser, we chose a LDA to pump the crystal with high pump intensity. The maximum output power 760 mW was obtained at pulse repetition frequency (PRF) of 20 kHz when the drive current was 30 A. The shortest laser pulse with FWHM width of 53.9 ns was observed at PRF of 1.22 kHz when the drive current was 25 A. The highest peak power 5.74 kW and the maximum pulse energy 371 μJ were achieved at PRF of 1.22 kHz when the drive current was 30 A.
