摘要
本文报告１６例假性动脉瘤临床特点、特殊检查表现和外科治疗方法。结果手术后１５例远端血供正常，１例左下肢小腿血供较差，后坏死截肢。并对假性动脉瘤形成机理、临床分型、诊断、以及手术时间与方式进行讨论。
The paper studied the clinical manifestation,examination and surgical management of 16 cases of false aneurysm.The results showed 15 cases had normal distal blood supply, but 1 case had poor blood supply and had leg amputated due to necrosis later. The mechanism, clinical classification,diagnosis and surgical management of false aneurysm have been discussed.
