摘要
报告ＢｉｌｒｏｔｈⅡ式胃切除术后腹内疝１０例，内疝发生时间不等（３天～４０年），术前诊断４例，６例手术探查中确认，经手术治疗全部治愈。并结合文献对该病发生原因、诊断要点、治疗方法和预防措施进行较详细讨论。
The thesis reported 10 cases of abdominal internal hernia caused by billroth Ⅱ operation of stomach. The time occuring hernia postoperatively varied from 3 days to 40 years. 4 cases had confirmed diagnosis before operation and 6 cases were found during operative exploration.All cases were cured.The authors have also discussed in detail the causes、diagnosis、treatment and prevention.
