摘要 介绍细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecules-1,ICAM-1)的生化特性和颅脑损伤后介导损伤脑组织炎性反应的作用。另外,许多炎性因子可激活ICAM-1蛋白表达,导致炎症的级联反应。 To introduce the biochemical characteristics of ICAM-1 and its function in mediating inflammatory reaction after brain injury. In addition, a great deal of inflammatory factors can activate the expression of ICAM-1 protein and lead to inflammatory cascade reaction.
