摘要
目的了解西宁市市售干制品中二氧化硫的残留情况。方法采用国家标准方法副玫瑰苯胺法测定结果在检测的40份干制品中均检测出二氧化硫,其中有5份超标;二氧化硫的平均残留量66mg/kg,最高达727mg/kg,最低为1.3mg/kg。结论:西宁市市售干制食品中二氧化硫残留相当严重。
Objective sulfur dioxide residues in dry products of Xining City Market. Methods The national standard Methods pararosaniline Determination. Result: examined 40 samples had SO2 remainder content, thereinto have 5 exceed standard. The average of SO2 content was 66mg/kg,the highest of SO2 content was 727mg/kg,the lowest content was 1.3mg/kg. Conclusions sulfur dioxide residues quite serious in dry products of Xining City Market.
