摘要 传统电压控制模式的马达驱动IC系统频率受马达本征频率的制约,其相位延迟根据所加负载的变化而变化。当系统所需频率的大于马达的本征频率时,电压控制模式就很难满足设计要求,然而电流反馈控制模式弥补了这个缺陷。基于Antek S3/S4 1μm12 V1P1 M/1P2 MBJT设计工艺,设计一种采用电流反馈控制模式的马达驱动IC,仿真结果表明与电压控制模式相比,采用电流反馈控制模式系统工作频率提高了30多倍,且其阶跃响应速度也有明显的提高。 The system bandwidth of conventional voltage control mode motor driver IC is limited by the intrinsic frequency of the loading,and its phase shift is also dependent of loading. When required system frequency is higher than actuator's natu ral frequency,the voltage control mode show poor performanee. Moreover, the current control mode compensates this faults. This paper designs an current feedback control mode motor driver IC,whieh is fabricated with Antek S3/S4 1 μm 12V 1P1M/ 1P2M BJT process. The result of simulation show that the system frequency increase about more thirty times by using current feedback control mode than using voltage control mode, and its step response have obvious advance too.
