摘要
着重研究注塑机的料筒温度对象系统,指出非线性、大滞后、强耦等特性。并针对强耦合性,提出基于加权模糊解耦机制的注塑机料筒温度单回路控制方案,以及相应的控制策略。这种控制方案将复杂的多输入/多输出系统分解成多个独立的单回路系统,从而减小了控制系统实施多变量控制的复杂度,提高了控制器的实时性。
The related control scheme is discussed to solve such problem as nonlinear,lag and close coupling characters of extruder barrel temperature after research. A control strategy of extruder barrel temperature, single loop with decoupling function is proposed. Complicated MIMO system has been changed into single loop SISO ones by this way. And then,enhanced the control system to implement the multicontrol of complex is reduced,enhanced the controller timeliness is enhanced.
