摘要
在生产和研究等领域内需要高级别的洁净室。洁净室依靠高效过滤器来维持室内空气的洁净,因此过滤器的效率对洁净室至关重要。早期的测试系统往往采用模拟电路,使测试烦琐、稳定性差。介绍一种用单片微机实现过滤器效率测试的系统,能在现场对过滤器效率进行测试。该系统的特点是成本低、精度高、测试准确、操作简单。经现场测试,测试效果完全达到使用要求。
The classification area is required in many instances such as manufacture, study and so on. Efficient filters are used to keep the air pure in the classification area,so the efficiency of the filters is concerned to the classification area. Analog circuits are used in early testing systems,which makes the tests troublesome and insecure. A system of measurement of filters efficiency,which is controlled by microprocessor is introduced. The system can test the efficiency of filter live. Characteristics of the system are low cost,high precision,exact mensuration and easy operation. The system has been used in a classification workshop,and the results are satisfied to the requirement of using.
