Research on the Photoresist for the Color Filter

彩色滤光片为液晶显示中的重要零组件,而光阻剂是彩色滤光片的关键材料,其性能好坏直接影响了彩色滤光片的性能,如色饱和度、色纯度、透过率和耐候性能。因此,光阻剂的制取技术是必须掌握的关键技术,而光阻剂的配方为其主要研究对象。本论文研究了光阻剂中分别增加环氧树脂和润湿剂对其性能的影响。

Color filter is an important component of colored liquid crystal displays （LCDs）, and photoresist is major material of color filter. It＇s property determines the quality of color filter, such as color saturation, color purity, transmittance and endurance. Hence, photoresist manufacturing processes should be hold, and the object of research is the element of photoresist. This paper researches the influence of resin and wetting agent for the property of photoresist.
