摘要
淀粉类物料的单螺杆挤出研究是食品挤压技术的基础,本研究用可视技术对淀粉类物料作了挤出研究,并与塑料挤出的对比,得到淀粉类物料挤出过程中的一些现象及结果。
The study in starch materials single screw extrusion was the basic of the food extrusion , the visual single screw extrusion was originally used in studying natural starch materials and some conclusion and phenomena in starch extrusion were discussed.
