摘要
在该机上应用阿基米德螺旋原理,实现16把花瓣仿形刀进刀和退刀,加工果径φ30 ̄50mm,机重42.5kg,工效5 ̄9秒/个,比手工提高8 ̄10倍,降低费用70% ̄80%。
Based on AGMD spiral principle, this apparatus could process fruits with diameter from 30mm to 50mm through moving its sixteen petal-like knives. The sculpturing was five to nine seconds. The efficiency was eight to ten times higher than that by hand. The cost was reduced.
