本文提出治理“白色污染”的关键问题是循环再用，并介绍了PET瓶循环再用的最新动态，以及作者研制成功了一种耐高温、阻渗透的PET瓶多功能吹瓶机。
In the authers view recycling is the key problem to control the white pollution. The article reports the latest development of the reuse of PET bottles and give an achievement about a kind of multfunctional plastics bottle blower which has heat resistance and separete permeability.
