摘要
采用乙醇溶剂浸提,结合超声波辅助提取豆科牧草紫花苜蓿中的异黄酮。通过提取剂乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比四因素三水平的正交试验,得出苜蓿异黄酮最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度60%,料液比13∶5,提取温度50℃,提取时间1.5h。在此最佳条件下苜蓿异黄酮的提取量为17.12mg·g-1,粗提物得率为26.15%,粗提物纯度为2.94%。
Taking ethanol as extraction solvent, isoflavone was extracted from leguminous forage grass alfalfa by supersonic wave treatment. The final extract conditions were optimized by the orthogonal experiment considering ethanol concentration, temperature of the extraction, duration of the extraction and ratio of solid to liquid of the extraction as the main factors. The optimum conditions to extract isoflavone from alfalfa were 60% ethanol as an extraction solvent, a ratio of 1:35 as the solid to liquid ratio, temperature at 50℃ and extracting for 1.5h. With the optimum conditions, the average quantity of isoflavone extracted from alfalfa was 17.12mg·g^-1, the yield of the crude isoflavone was 26.15% and the purity of crude isoflavone could reach to 2.94%.
