摘要 同时采用有机硅和叔碳酸乙烯酯对聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆进行改性,制备有机硅-叔碳酸乙烯酯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液。考察了有机硅添加方式对乳液聚合稳定性的影响。研究了有机硅、叔碳酸乙烯酯、醋酸乙烯酯、乳化剂含量、乳化剂配比、引发剂含量、共聚温度和pH值对乳液聚合和性能的影响,并确定了它们的最适宜条件。共聚乳液具有良好的耐水、耐侯、耐酸碱、耐污染和稳定性能。当在引发剂滴加结束后,补加少量的t-BHPO-SFS氧化-还原引发剂,可显著提高反应转化率。 Vinyl tertcarbonate and vinyl acetate were simultaneously used to modify polyvinyl acetate emulsion paint for preparing vinyl triethoxyl silicane-Vinyl tertcarbonate-vinyl acetate copolymer. The effect of the adding method of vinyl triethoxyl silicane on copolymerization stability was investigated. The effects of the contents of vinyl triethoxyl silicane ,vinyl tertcarbonate, vinyl acetate, emulsifying agents and initiator, the emulsifying agents mass ratio, the copolymerization temperature as well as pH value on copolymerization and copolymer propeties were studied, and their suitable technical conditions were determined respectively. The copolymerized emulsion possessed good properties with waterproof, climateproof, acidproof , alkaliproof. The conversion could be greatly increased when a little of oxidation-reduction agent (t-BHPO-SFS) was added into the reaction system after the initiator addition was end.
