摘要
研究了橡胶粒子改性水泥混凝土的工作性能和耐久性能,探讨了橡胶粒子掺量对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺加橡胶粒子可明显改善混凝土的工作性能、干缩性及抗冻性能,同时会降低混凝土的抗折、抗压强度和抗碳化性能。橡胶粒子对混凝土早期(3 d)抗折、抗压强度影响较小,但对混凝土28 d抗折、抗压强度的负面影响较大。随着橡胶粒子掺量的增大,混凝土抗冻性能逐渐降低,混凝土的干缩值也有逐渐增大的趋势,但其抗冻性及干缩性仍要优于普通混凝土。
The workability and durability of crumb rubber-modified cement concrete are studied. The effect of amount of crumb rubber on the properties of concrete is discussed. The result shows that the added crumb rubber can improve the workability, dry-shrinkage and frost resistance property of concrete, and will decrease the flexural strength, compressive strength and carbonation resistance property of concrete at the same time. But its negative in- fluence on the early strength (3d flexural strength and compressive strength) of concrete is much less than that on 28d strength (flexural strength and compressive strength) of it. The frost resistance property of rubber-modified concrete decreases, and its dry-shrinkage increases as the content of crumb rubber increases. But the frost resist-ance property and dry-shrinkage of rubber-modified concrete are better than those of the normal concrete.
