摘要
CLI(Common Layer Interface)是一种通用、完善的层片接口文件,在快速成型工艺中,STL分层产生的切片数据文件要进行CLI格式的输出;但由于STL自身的缺陷,其切片文件的轮廓信息数据有大量的冗余数据甚至错误,同时不具有CLI格式文件输出所要求的各种格式信息。分别针对切片轮廓的不封闭和数据冗余,给出了有效的判断修正和滤除方法;针对不具有输出格式信息的切片轮廓数据,提出了有效的信息提取算法;并利用C++的标准模板、采用泛型编程技术对该方法和算法加以实现。实践证明:文章提出的修正和提取算法简单实用,为切片向CLI的输出提供了高效途径。
CLI is a universal and perfect slice interface file. In the process of Rapid Prototyping, the slice files produced by STL model need to be outputted in the format of CLI; however, because of the defection of STL file, there are large number of redundancy and error in the slice profile data, moreover it doesnt have the necessary format information which demanded for outputting. In this passage, according to the unclosed phenomenon and redun-dant data of the slice profile, effective modification and filtering algorithms was proposed. In addition, effective extracting algorithm was also put forwarded to get necessary format information of the slice profile data. At the end, the generics was used to realize the algorithm . Practice manifest that the way and the algorithm in the passage are simple and practical, and they supply a effective approach for the outputting of CLI.
