信息熵在建设工程评标中的应用

Application of Info Entropy in Evaluation of the Engineering Project Bidding

针对建设工程评标中评价指标体系权重的确立过于简单,主观因素影响大的问题,将信息熵的概念引入评标决策的指标体系中,设计了既注重评标专家的经验又对具体备选方案有针对性的权数计算方法,据此建立了熵权系数优化模型,并在实际工程项目的评标实践中得到应用,取得了较为满意的成果,使建设工程的评标更加科学合理。

The concept of info entropy was introduced into the index system of the evaluation decision-making against the too simple determination of evaluation index system weight and the large influence of subjective factors in construction project evaluation. The weights of the calculation method is designed which not only pays attention to the experince of the evaluation decision-makers but also targeted to the concrete options. Based on the method,the optimal model of entropy weights is established and put into practice. With the model, the satisfactory results are obtained and the evaluation decision-making becomes more reasonable.
