摘要
表面修饰有可反应氨基的纳米SiO_2微粒(DNS-3A)和丙烯酸类单体在乙醇-水溶液中,在过硫酸铵(APS)引发下,以一定比例采用自由基共聚合的方法,制备了一种新型纳米复合物鞣剂PMB/DNS-3A。分别用FT-IR、TEM和TGA对纳米复合物的结构和性能进行了表征。该复合物鞣剂应用于浸酸山羊皮的主鞣工艺,结果表明:坯革的收缩温度提高了20℃,增厚达到了64%,鞣后革手感丰满、柔软,粒面细致。
A new nano - composite tanning agent PMB/DNS - 3A was prepared in ethanol - aqueous solution by radical copolymerization, with nano- sized SiO2( DNS-3A) and acrylic monomers as raw materials, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. The structure and performance of PMB/ DNS - 3A nano - composite were characrized by FT - IR, TEM and TGA. And PMB/DNS-3A was applied in tanning process of the pickled goatskin. It shows that the shrinkage temperature of the pickled goatskin is increased by 20℃, and the thickness is increased by 64%. The applied leather has good characteristics such as full- ness, softness and fine grain.
