摘要 根据国家技术监督局颁发的JJG1006-94“一级标准物质技术规范”,选取代表我国烤烟和晒烟主要化学成分平均含量的样品,采用两种或两种以上不同原理的准确可靠的方法,对还原糖、总糖、烟碱、总氮、氯、钾等14种主要化学成分进行定值,并进行了均匀性和稳定性研究。研制的两种烟草化学成分分析标准物质均达到国家一级标准物质的指标要求。 According to JJG 1006-94“Technical Norm of Primary Refernce Material”issued by the National Technique  Supervision Bureau,leaf samples represented average contents of the major chemical components were selected from flue cured as well as sun cured tobacco in China,and 14 main chemical components including reducing sugar,total sugar,nicotine,total nitrogen,chlorine,potassium etc.were defined using more than two precise methods according to different principles.Their homogeneity and stability were studied.Both the two developed RM attained the targets of primary RM required,which filled in the gaps in study of toabcco RM at home and abroad.
