摘要
本文以生产规模1万m3/a细木工板生产线为例,阐述了该生产线的工艺设计特点和设备选型。针对不同的锯材质量采用不同刨光工艺。选用指接设备,将指接芯条用在木芯板边部,既提高了细木工板外观质量又可提高木芯板强度,胶拼后的木芯板采用宽式压刨刨平。采用燃气为加热介质的干燥窑,可节省能源40%,拼板机和热压机采用导热油为加热介质,可节省能耗30%,砂光机选配脉冲袋式除尘器。
Taking a blockboard production line with capacity 10 000 m 3/a as an example, this paper described features of technological design and equipment selection. In accordance with different lumber quality, two distinct planning techniques. were selected, i.e.two face planning machine was selected for planning straight lumber and planning machine befoe thickening machine was selected for planning warped lumber. A finger jointer was selected and finger jointed strips were used in two sides of blockboard core. These measures could improve the strength of blockboard as well as appearance quality. The glued blockboard core was planned through a wide thickening machine. Gas was used for heat conduction medium of dry kilns, reducing energy consumption by 40%. Thermal conductive oil was used as heat conduction medium of blockboard core composing machine and hot press, reducing energy consumption by 30%. A pulse bag type collector was selected to improve collection effectiveness of sanding dust.
