摘要
模因论(memetics)是一种基于达尔文进化论观点解释文化进化规律的新理论。其对模因的传播途径和传播方式的研究,启示我们重新反思我们的英语。在英语教学方面,我们有必要重新引入诸如背诵、模仿等传统的教学方法,同时应重视创造性学习、文化输入以及学习输入材料的真实有用性。以多种方式多种手段来有效地进行语言学习。
Memetics is a new theory based on Darwin's theory of evolution, which can be used for explaining the rules of cultural evolution. The studies on meme's dissemination procedures and dissemination means have a significant implication on English teaching. It is necessary for us to reintroduce the traditional teaching methods, such a^s reciting, imitation and so on. Furthermore we should emphasize creative learning, cultural input, and the authenticity and usefulness of input materials and make the teaching effective by nmltiple ways and means.
