On Tusi Literature of Ma family in Shizhu

石砫马氏土司历史悠久,涌现出以马斗(火慧)、马宗大为代表的文人,创作的诗歌和散文繁荣了地方文化。石砫马氏土司奠定了当地文学发展的基础,落后的经济文化、偏僻的地理位置和封闭的自然环境使其文学存在起步晚、传承无精英和文体不平衡等不足。大力发展地方经济,培养文化精英,广泛参与交流才是石柱文学发展的正确道路。

The Tusi （Chieftain） of Ma family in Shizhu has a long history during which emerged many literators represented by Ma Douhui and Ma Zongda whose peoms and essays prospered the local culture. The chieftain of Ma family in Shizhu paved the way for the local literature, but such factors as the backward economy and culture, the out-of-the-way location and the occluded environment restricted its development. Only by developing the local economy, cultivating the cultural elite, and participating in communication, can the literature of Shizhu developly healthily.
