摘要
应用型本科教育是目前我国高等教育发展的一个重要方向。如何使应用型人才的培养模式达到最优化,是我国应用型本科高校应当思考的一个问题。德国、英国和美国在应用型人才培养模式上既有相似点也有各自的独特性。我国应用型本科教育从中可以得出明确应用型本科院校的人才培养目标、加强产学研结合的模式以实现应用成果的产业化、组建具有创新精神和实践能力的师资队伍和学术团队等启示,从而建立适合自己的人才培养模式。
Application- oriented undergraduate education occupies an influential role in the development of China' s higher education. Therefore, the optimization of talent training mode is a crucial problem that all application - oriented colleges and universities should tackle. It proves significant to learn from Germany, Great Britain and the United States of America which display similarities and differences in this connection. As far as China' s application - oriented undergraduate education is concerned, the experience that can be borrowed entails the following aspects: definite purposes, a combination of industry, teaching and research, developing teacher staff and academic organizations with creative spirits and practical capacity. In doing so, a talent cultivation mode appropriate to China is thus established.
