摘要
以中国制造发展战略和江苏的国际制造业基地建设规划为背景,依据高等学校机械学科本科专业规范、机械工程师资格考试大纲、应用型人才培养目标定位及其知识、能力、素质结构,重新设计了机械设计制造及其自动化专业机械制造方向人才培养方案。该方案以数控机床设计、制造、运用人才为培养目标,注重综合实践与工程训练,强化数字化设计制造应用能力培养,注意道德法律、技术经济、质量管理教育,提出以一个核心、两条路线、四个层面、五种意识、七种能力、八个环节构建实践教学体系。新方案的初步实践,正在展现其提高人才培养质量的成效。
Based on China's stratagem of manufacture development and the program of diangsu international manufacturing industrial base, a new design of training applied talents majoring in machine design and manufacturing and its automation is made in line with the standard of mechanical subject for colleges, outline of qualification test for mechanical engineers, target, knowledge, ability and qualities of applied talents. The purpose of the plan is to design and manufacture NC machine tools and utilize human resources, highlighting comprehensive practice and engineering training, as well as the skill of digital design and manufacture. Attention is also paid to laws and morals, technology and economy, and education of quality management. As such, a system of practice teaching is proposed which is composed of one core, two routes, four levels, five awarenesses, sev en capabilities, and eight steps. The initial practice of the new plan starts to take effect in improving the development of ap plied talents.
