地方型、应用型本科院校如何切实提高培养应用型高级工程技术人才的教育教学质量并得到社会的认可,是教育界一直关注的问题。采用CEISD模式制定应用型人才培养方案、联合举办"定单式"的毕业生"预就业"班、全面提高专业教师的综合素质、共建校内外实习基地等校企合作办学措施,有利于学科专业、教师队伍的建设,保证实践教学质量,提高毕业生就业的质量。
