试析农民工对社会保障的期待

Analysis of Peasant Workers' Expectation of Social Security

建设和谐社会,必须重视解决农民工社会保障问题,而了解农民工对社会保障的期待正是解决问题的主要根据。从社会学和管理学的角度看,农民工对社会保障的期待主要有制度期待、管理期待和社会期待三个方面。这三个方面互相作用,缺一不可。其中,制度期待是主要内容。目前,解决农民工社会保障问题的关键在于能否拿出一整套可以有效实施的社会保障方案,并逐步在全国推行。

The construction of a harmonious society has much to do with the social security of peasant workers. The crux of dealing with such a problem consists in peasant workers＇ expectations in this regard. From the perspective of sociology and management, the expectations encompass, in the main, system expectation, management expectation, and society expectation, all of which interact with each other and indispensable of each other. System expectation constitutes the part and parcel of the whole. Currently, the solution to this problem is to establish and carry out all over the nation a social security plan.
