内镜下黏膜切除术在治疗食管黏膜肌层肿瘤中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 食管黏膜肌层肿瘤属于食管黏膜下肿瘤的一部分，而对于食管黏膜下肿瘤的治疗，传统的方法主要以手术治疗为主，随着超声内镜和内镜介入技术的发展，选择具有一定适应证的食管黏膜下肿瘤进行内镜下切除，已可替代部分外科手术治疗。我们对2年来在我院行内镜下黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection，EMR）治疗的食管黏膜下肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，以探讨其治疗效果。
