胃、十二指肠转移性恶性黑色素瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，66岁，因腹痛、腹胀1月来我院。查体：右眼球缺如，左眼视力尚可，全身皮肤未明显异常。胃镜检查见：胃底体部、胃窦大弯上部及十二指肠球降部可见散在多数0.1-0.5cm左右圆形灰褐色点片状黏膜，大部分平坦，少数稍高于周围黏膜，反复用生理盐水冲洗，
