城市流浪儿童问题调查分析与对策研究——以徐州市为例

Investigation and Study of Waifs in Cities——Taking Xuzhou as Example

近年来,中国流浪儿童日益增多,给政府、社会及其自身发展带来了诸多问题,而各地关于流浪儿童救助保护的理论研究与实践目前仍处于起步阶段,远不能解决现实问题。为此,中国矿业大学社会工作系与徐州市民政局进行合作,对流浪儿童问题进行了一系列的调查研究。根据调查结果,本文对流浪儿童的现状、成因以及机构救助的情况和问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Nowadays, waifs are getting more and more in China, which has brought about many problems to the government and society. In order to solve this problem, the social work department in China University of Mining and Technology has made a series of investigations with Xuzhou Civil Affairs Bureau and got detailed data on waifs. According to the result, this paper discusses the present conditions of waifs and aid system, analyzes the reasons from society, family, education, and psychology, and then puts forward the countermeasures.
