摘要
首先将运算放大器转换成结构较为简单的等效电路模型,然后建立与等效电路模型相对应的键合图模型,从而得到基于键合图理论的运算放大器等效模型.将该模型应用于较为复杂的有源滤波电路,利用20-sim软件进行了仿真,仿真结果与理论计算结果完全吻合,说明了所建立的运放键合图等效模型的正确性.
A simple equivalent Op Amp model is established, and then the circuit model is transformed into equivalent model based on the methods of bond graph. Finally, a complex active filter, together with a simulation tool named 20-sim are used to perform circuit analysis, the simulation results show that the magnitude and the phase responses are in accordance with the theory, and therefore it verifies the correctness of the equivalent Op Amp model.
