卵母细胞去核方法及其对卵母细胞发育的影响 被引量：2

摘要 自1938年Spermann为研究不同发育时期细胞核的发育能力而提出的细胞核移植构想以来，核移植技术已经取得了极大的成就，特别是1997年由英国科学家Wilmut等经体细胞核移植克隆出绵羊“多莉”而带来的克隆风暴更是以迅猛之势席卷全球。
