喷施己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯对几种与番茄幼苗抗冷性相关生理指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 番茄幼苗叶面喷施适宜浓度(20~40mg·L^(-1))的己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯(DA-6)可有效提高冷胁迫下番茄幼苗植株的抗寒能力。冷胁迫下,20~40mg·L^(-1)DA-6处理的番茄植株自由水/束缚水比值降幅较大,叶中叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性也明显增大,丙二醛(MDA)积累下降25.8%~34.6%,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量提高。 The results showed that applications of 20-40 mg·L^-1 hexanoic acid 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester (DA-6) could efficiently enhance cold resistance in tomato seedlings. In contrast to unapplicated, the ratio in free water/bound water of treated seedlings with 20-40 mg·L^-1 DA-6 decreasedin a wide range under cold stress. The chlorophyll content, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in leaves were obviously increased, malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased by 25.8%-34.6%, the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were significantly improved.
