摘要
"学习型组织"理论是当代最新的管理理论,"学习型组织"被公认为21世纪解决企业发展障碍的最佳组织形态。化工销售广州分公司在充分分析公司内、外部环境的基础上,以实施平衡计分卡为契机,通过加强理论宣导,建立共同愿景,落实组织机构,明确工作责任,找准切入点等实践活动,探索学习型组织建设的途径。
"Learning Organization" is the newest theory of modem management, it has been accepted as the optimal organizational form to overcome obstacles to enterprise development in 21st century. Chemical Market Guangzhou Branch, on the basis of fully analyzing internal and external environment, with implementation of equilibrium accumulation card as the juncture, through strengthening theory propaganda, established common wished future, implemented organizational structure, clarified responsibility, found out juncture, probed approach to construction of learning organization type.
