English study strategy refers to the idealist adjustment and control of study process. Study intension is psychological factor to promote and maintain human study. With the method combining qualitative and quantitative study, analyzed adult English trainee＇ s study intention and English study strategy used in the study process. The analysis provided basis for human resources department to make training plan and for the training department to carry out English training.
