摘要
培训项目的管理水平直接影响培训项目的实施过程和结果,是决定培训质量的关键因素。结合中原石油勘探局培训项目管理的实践,总结培训项目管理工作必须做到"6个到位"中的28个关键环节,以达到培训项目整体运行应具有的针对性和有效性,使企业培训充满生机和活力。
Training project management directly affects the process and result of the training project, and is the key to the training quality. Combined with the practice of training project management in Zhongyuan Oil Exploration Bureau, we summed up the 28 key sections in the "Six Get - to - Position" which must be fulfilled in training project management. So as to realize the aim and effectiveness which should be possessed in training project operation and to make the training in enterprise full of vitality and vigor.
