中国裕固族及汉族人MBL基因ExonⅠ 54位密码子点突变频率研究 被引量：2

摘要 甘露糖结合凝集素（maflnan binding lectin，MBL）是一种由肝脏产生的可溶性的C型凝集素。能够识别、结合多种微生物或异体抗原表面糖蛋白糖链末端的甘露糖残基和（或）N-乙酰葡萄精胺．进一步通过胶原样区域调理吞噬作用清除致病原，同时还可以通过凝集素补体途径活化补体，在机体免疫防御和免疫监视中具有重要作用。
