中国裕固族及汉族人MBL基因ExonⅠ 54位密码子点突变频率研究 被引量:2

摘要 甘露糖结合凝集素(maflnan binding lectin,MBL)是一种由肝脏产生的可溶性的C型凝集素。能够识别、结合多种微生物或异体抗原表面糖蛋白糖链末端的甘露糖残基和(或)N-乙酰葡萄精胺.进一步通过胶原样区域调理吞噬作用清除致病原,同时还可以通过凝集素补体途径活化补体,在机体免疫防御和免疫监视中具有重要作用。
