摘要
本文论述了加强高职学生解决问题能力培训的意义,介绍了培训的基本内容、基本途径和七种培训教学的方法。
This article is designed about how to help technical college students improve their problem-solving abilities. They could benefit a great deal from working on their own, such as they are able to complete the college course smoothly, to work well on their future position, and deal with various problems in life. As for the content, the Ministry of Labor provided us with what kinds of problem-solving skills to be considered (refer to its document National Strategy on Key Skills Development). training Manual of Problem-solving Skills suggested by the University Employment Training Course Series. The basic routes for the training could be a special program to be offered, concerned programs to take advantage of, out-of- class events to combine it with, and partnerships with employers or graduation internships. Last but not least, the training methodology. It would include such methods as conduct orientation, situation design, realworld experience, case analysis, classroom instruction, and psychological adjustment.
