摘要 本文作者通过从深圳市几家从事通信产品开发和研究的高科技企业进行实地考察后认为:一方面,高职院校教师应该深入企业调研,寻找与自己专业相同的企业产品进行研发;另一方面,产学研结合是高等职业教育发展的要求,是培养教师"双师型"素质的好模式。文章对高职院校产学研结合的模式、产学研结合是培养"双师型"素质的有效途径等问题进行了具体分析和理论阐述。 This article is resulted from the author' s personal exploration into some of the electronic communications businesses around Shenzhen. As a technical education institution, the college is supposed to deliver such a type of education as a partnership between the educator, researcher and manufacturer. It has to put that at the heart of what it does. Accordingly, technical college instructors have to regularly or not go up to businesses concerning their own program to participate and observe for update information and facts. That is the right way to help remain themselves as college instructors with real world experience. It is emphasized throughout the article that the technical college should be in good communication and integration with economic sectors and local community and its instructors should function both as a professor and engineer.
