制度因素对经济欠发达地区工业化的影响——对安阳和开封的比较分析

The influence of institutional factor on industrialization of developing areas——Comparative analysis of Anyang and Kaifeng

在我国经济转型过程中,相同地区不同城市间的经济差异显著。对同在一个省区(河南省)、外部环境和发展基础相似的安阳和开封两城市工业化进程的比较分析表明,在经济转型的背景下,地方政府所制定的经济发展战略、政策法规等正式制度和以文化为主体的非正式制度的不同,是造成相同地区不同城市的工业化产生差异的重要原因之一,进而导致了其不同的经济转型绩效。

In China＇ s transitional process, economic differences are obvious between different cities in the same area. The comparison and analysis of industrialization process between Anyang and Kaifeng in Henan Province which have similar external environment and development basis indicate that, under the background of economic transition, the difference of the formal institutions such as the economic development strategy, policies, laws and regulations and so on and culture-based informal institutions made by local governments is one of important factors to lead to industrialization difference between different cities of the same areas and to further cause different economic transition performance.
