新农村建设的启动给经济欠发达地区农村带来新的变化,表现为面貌新、设施新与机制新。它给我们的启示是:农村的思想道德建设要与为农民造福,推动农村的全面发展紧密结合,要努力建设一个长效机制,在"四个基本"上下工夫;要认真研究农村思想道德建设的规律,发挥好两个优势,运用好三个载体,努力提高农村思想道德建设的实效性。

This paper views that activating the New -countryside Construction has brought new changes to the underdeveloped rural areas --it shows as：new outlook for the performance, new facilities and new mechanisms. It gave us a lesson that： rural ideological and moral construction have to be closely connected with bringing the benefit for the peasants and promoting the comprehensive development of rural areas, moreover, we should struggle to build a long - term mechanism, to work hard over the ＂four basics＂ ; we should seriously study the regulation of the rural ideological and moral construction, fully give two advantages, well use 3 carriers, and strive to improve the actual results of the rural ideological and moral construction.
