Countermeasure and Exploration on CIS Model of Professional Farmer Cooperative Organization in China

在农业发展日趋市场化、国际化的今天,加强农民间的合作、提高农民组织化程度,对于创新农业经营体制、加快传统农业向现代农业转变、推进农村现代化建设具有重要意义。文章深入分析农民专业合作组织的发生、发展规律,旨在发现农村合作组织运行的内在规律,提出了"三位一体循环经济模式"(CIS模式),通过合作组织、科技、产业的"三位"与市场结合成"一体",推动农民专业合作组织持续、健康的发展。

Today, with the development of market - oriented agriculture and agricultural internationalizaprocess of chang/ng traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and advance the country modernization. This paper deeply focused on the intrinsic rules of professional farmer cooperative organization, in oder to find out the problems and put forward the strategy, and promote the model of its sustainable and healthy development by analyzing the happening and developing rules of professional farmer cooperative organization. Based on long time exploration and practice on professional farmers＇ cooperative, CIS model was brought forward which combined cooperative,industry and sci - tech into trinity, so as to promote sustainable and healthy development of professional farmers＇ cooperative organization in China.
