摘要
在市场经济迅猛发展的推动下,数以千计的农村富余劳动力涌向城市,其中大部分人长期与子女处于分离状态。由于留守子女得不到很好的关爱,各方面的素质普遍存在一定不足,学习动机、学习过程、学习环境也因父母的外出发生一定变化。该文通过分析相关问题及原因,对外出父母、留守子女本人、留守子女的监护人以及学校、社会、教育政策等方面提出了见解。
Driven by the development of market - directed economy, thousands of rural excessive labor - forces flow into cities. Over a long period of time, most of these migrant workers and their children are in a separate condition. As these children cant be taken care of sufficiently, there are considerable shortages of them in many as- pects. Due to their parents" absence , their study motivation, study process and study environment are also changed to a certain degree. Based upon the investigation of a number of left - behind children, the author has analyzed some possible reasons for this problem and put forward some views on left - behind children, their parents, the schools as well as concerning policy of education.
