摘要
传统的零件加工误差的分析计算法是建立在各个单项误差因素对加工误差产生影响的基础上的,此法需要通过较复杂的计算才能完成,因计算时的假设条件在实际中很难出现,因此用这种方法获得的误差值与实际加工状态往往有较大的出入。统计分析法以在线观测与实际测量所得数据为基础,应用概率统计方法,以确定在一定生产条件下,一批零件加工总误差的大小及其分布情况,因此是一种科学的加工误差分析计算法。
The analytic model for machining errors caused by the deformation of workpiecefixture system has been given. The mathematical model of tolerance zone has been redefined. According to the deformation value of work- piece-fixture system calculated by FEA, the transformation matrix of workpiece location pre/post deformation has been constructed. Hence the location changes for surface machining points can be calculated. For given surface tolerances,the sensitive matrix has been constructed to evaluate the contribution..
