Study on author group's structure of new local colleges

新升本地方院校的学报都面临着共同的困难,一是稿件的质量和数量问题,二是学校学科发展办学实力还没有充分显现。作为校属单位的学报编辑部,应当与学校的科研工作密切配合,以学报作者群的构建为纽带,促进产学研良性互动,探索学报立体化功能的实现方式,为学校实现跨越式发展做出贡献。

All the new local colleges which have just become a undergraduate college from junior college education are facing with the common difficulties, they are the quality and quantity of the manuscript, and the capability on running school of college＇s subject development is still potential. As a important party of college, journal should be in harmony with the scientific researches. It should promote the combination among the production, study and research through constructing the journal author group, explore the mode to bring about the journal＇s stereo function. At last, it will make a great contribution to the school for its striding development.
