冲撞与期盼:现代化进程中教师教育的人文回归

摘要 我国现代化的成就,为教育的现代化提供了物质保证和事业推动力,而现代化初期阶段"经济中心"、"科学至上"的消极面导致学校原本不完善的人文教育更趋淡化。教师作为学校教育的主体,自身的人文精神养成也受种种干扰呈现下降趋势,这将直接影响未来中国"人"的素质。我国现代化正由量的扩张向质的提高过渡,而没有人的现代化特别是其人文精神的充分发展,是难以建成可持续发展的和谐社会的。我国现代化期盼教师及教师教育的人文回归。 The achievements of China's modernization provide the material guarantee and the driving force for the modernization of education. Whereas some negative factors like the Economy-centered and Science-most in the early period of modernization lead to less emphasis on humanity education, which is formerly incomplete in schools. Teachers are the main body in the school education. Their cultivation of the humanity, interfered by all kinds of factors, tends to descend, which directly influences the quality of Chinese "person". China's modernization is passing from the expansion in quantity to the improvement in quality. It's impossible to build a sustainable harmonious society without the modernization of the humanity return of teachers and teacher education.
