摘要
出于发展经济和巩固国防之目的,南京国民政府在1927-1937年期间着手进行了铁路规划和建设,其时铁路建设取得的成果值得肯定。通过史料,把这一时期的铁路建设和铁路规划结合起来考察,分析认为:由于当时国内外的双重因素,铁路建设滞后于铁路规划。
For economic development and the consolidation of national defense, Nanjing national government （1927-1937）, conducted a planning and construction of railroad. The achievement in railroad construction are positively recognized. The historical documents show that the railroad construction lags behind the railroad planning in this period due to some dual factors at home and abroad.
