摘要
目的使用非离心直接定量计数法,调查襄樊地区健康成人尿液中自细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞和管型的定量参考值。方法选择1185例健康体检者,使用一次性定量计数板和UF-100全自动尿液有形成分分析仪,直接计数随机尿中红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞和管型的数量。结果(1)定量计数板法男性:自细胞0~10/μl,红细胞0~5/μl,上皮细胞0~5/μl;女性:白细胞0~27/μl,红细胞0~13/μl,上皮细胞0~33/μl(2)UF-100法男性:白细胞0~11/μl,红细胞0~6/μl,上皮细胞0~5/μl;女性:白细胞0~28/μl,红细胞0~14/μl,上皮细胞0~35/μl。两种方法的参考值的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而男性与女性的参考值的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论使用尽量不破坏尿液中有形成分的定量计数法,可提供更加接近真实情况的参考值,为尿液有形成分检查的规范化、标准化和临床应用提供了依据。
Objective Direct count method without centrifugation was used to investigate the reference value of urinary WBC, RBC, epithelial cell and cast of healthy adults in Xiangfan Area. Methods Disposable quantitative counting plate and UF- 100 urine formed elements analyzer was used to analyze the WBC, RBC, epithelial cell and cast in 1806 persons by heath examination. Results ( 1 ) Fast read grid kid methods male.WBC 0 - 10/μl, RBC 0 - 5/μl, epithelial cell 0 -5/μl;female: WBC 0 -27/μl,RBC 0 - 13/μl,epithelial cell 0 - 33/μl. (2) UF - 100 male:WBC 0 - 11/μl, RBC 0 - 6/μl epithelial cell 0 - 5/μl ; female: WBC 0 - 28/μl, RBC 0 - 14/μl, epithelial cell 0-35/μl. There is no significant difference of the reference value between the two methods (P 〉0.05) while there is significant difference between the male and female (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The quantitative counting method that damages the urinary formed elements as least as possible can provide the reference value close to the real state; it can promote normalization and standardization of urinary analysis and provide the basis for clinical application.
