摘要
微细电火花机床的需求少,通常是根据用户具体需要进行单机生产,机床研制周期长、设计重复、成本高。鉴于缩短机床研制周期和降低成本的目的,采用开放式控制系统、模块化思想开发可重构微细电火花机床,对机床的机械部分、控制系统作了研究。这样可以根据用户需求较快地重构成为一轴至三轴的电火花机床。
Due to a little quantity, electrical discharge machining (Micro-EDM) is usually developed in single production, leading to long production cycle, repetitive design and high cost. In this paper, the concept of reconfiguration is employed to design the EDM system with the shorter development period and lower production cost. The open control system, modularization movement unit and communication system are studied. As a result, 1-axle -3-axle EDM machine can be reconfigured according to user requirements in a short lead-time.
