基于AD与TRIZ的产品创新设计研究

The Study of Product Innovation Design Based on AD and TRIZ

科学的设计方法是实现产品创新设计的关键。在分析比较AD(公式化设计)与TRIZ设计方法的基础上,提出了基于AD与TRIZ的产品创新设计模型。将TRIZ中的冲突解决理论运用于查找AD中的耦合源,通过重新定义功能参数、设计参数及设计矩阵,保证产品设计为非耦合设计或弱耦合设计。通过对打印机送纸机构的实例分析表明,运用该方法能快速得到创新的设计解。

The scientific design method is the key factor of product innovation design. The product innovation design model is pro- posed based on comparing AD with TRIZ. TRIZ theory is used to find coupled factors and to ensure that the design is uncoupled or decoupled by redefining function parameters, design parameters as well as design matrix. The example shows that the method is practicable.
