摘要
以教学过程中典型零件鼠标外壳模型为例,研究了UG/ISV下数控机床仿真模型的构建与仿真过程,包括数字模型与装配、运动仿真以及在仿真模型的加工仿真,研究表明:应用UG的各功能模块可以有效地构建数控机床的仿真模型,并对其加工进行全面的仿真,提高产品设计效率。
Taking the development of mouse outer shell parts as an example, we research the construction and simulation process of CNC machine tool simulation model in UG/ISV and then do numerical model, assembly, motion simulation and manufacture simulation of CNC machine tool simulation model. The research indicates that the construction of CNC machine tool simulation model and comprehensive simulation on it can be effectively completed by adopting the function modules of UG and total optimization of designed machine tool can be achieved, It also can improve the design efficiency of product.
